Your focus
The role will include, but not be limited to:
Create and maintain an accurate reporting structure for Sales and Marketing.
Full ownership of the library of sales-cycle reporting and outputs, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting.
Become an invaluable resource for Sales Leadership, helping with performance reporting and own Sales documentation.
Perform analyses to uncover areas of revenue leak, measure potential growth, work cross-functionally to develop sales programs, and develop a Data Strategy to track Sales and Operations’ execution.
Create and manage dashboards and reports in collaboration with Revenue Operations colleagues and commercial teams to steer insights into actions.
Focus on the alignment of Sales policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize Sales and Operations’ performance and support annual planning activities and execution.
