Your mission

As Sales Operations Analyst, working in the Revenue Operations team and closely collaborating with our commercial teams, you'll turn data into actionable insights, steering our decision-making and accelerating Foleon’s growth. You work closely with the Global Sales Team to provide administrative and operational support. You'll be responsible for managing data quality and data flows and improving the accuracy of these to build a world-class data-driven Sales operation.

You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to implement the infrastructure to help the company grow revenue and headcount efficiently. You’ll also collaborate with other Operations colleagues to influence outcomes and implement your solutions, including Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, and Commercial Technology.

Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Sales Team and manage and improve the quality of sales, data flows, and reporting structures.

Collaborate with Sales Leadership and other Operations colleagues to implement solutions that enhance revenue growth and efficiency.

Optimize data quality and validation processes to identify revenue leaks, measure potential growth, and develop a Data Strategy to track Sales and Operations' execution.
