- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages.
- Pro-active self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
- Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse.
Hard skillset
- 3+ years of Sales Operations experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with senior leadership.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Advanced knowledge of a CRM system, preferably Hubspot.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools.
- Advanced quantitative and MS Excel skills.
