Your focus
The role will include, but not be limited to:
Manage roughly 300+ accounts of small/mid-market size.
Engage 1:1 with targeted customers at key points in the customer journey to ensure adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Build strong relationships at scale with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with Foleon.
Leverage tools and technology to deliver value to multiple accounts at once through 1 to many programs. For example, through live webinars.
Identify opportunities to develop new training materials designed to ensure successful customer onboarding, support business-wide adoption, and deepen proficiency through (email) automation
Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Customer Education, and Customer Programs to ensure customer learning at scale through email campaigns, live training webinars, and other support collateral
