The Support department is the first place for our customers to get help.

From our office in Amsterdam, you will help solve technical questions and problems by being the key connecting factor between our team of Developers, our Support team, and our B2B customers.

You're responsible for more complicated and technical issues and provide clear communication between the Support department and the Development team.
