You are

- Organized and structured

- A true Inspector Holmes when it comes to troubleshooting and finding solutions
You have
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-focused role for at least 1 year
- Experience in a SaaS or Software company
- Excellent English communication skills
- Affinity with IT, design, marketing, new technologies, or online platforms
