Your mission

As a Sales Manager at Foleon, you will lead and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives selling into our core ICP segments across EMEA. Your focus is to make what already works work even better: a stronger pipeline, SPICED-qualified opportunities, and consistent execution on both inbound and outbound.

You’ll coach the team to run high-quality discovery and demo calls, and self-generate pipeline through targeted outbound combined with a modern stack of sales tools. The goal is to turn a good EMEA motion into a predictable, scalable, and efficient one, a team that crushes its numbers quarter after quarter.

Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Ensure the team runs structured inbound and outbound sales processes with clear qualification standards.

Lead & Develop the Team: Inspire and guide a team of mid-market Account Executives to consistently outperform quotas.

Prospecting Discipline: Champion strategic outbound efforts, targeting ideal accounts, managing sequences, and tracking performance metrics.

Planning & Operational Management: Maintain regular reviews, forecast accuracy, and deal strategy sessions to drive predictable results.
