Your mission

As a Business Development Rep, you will identify and engage with prospects to generate new business opportunities through qualification and nurturing of leads towards the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth through calling, emailing, and using social media platforms like LinkedIn to your advantage. Foleon will help you succeed in your role by providing a strong tech stack.

Being at the center of the sales and marketing teams, you’re the first personal connection with our prospects. You understand that proactively researching the company and prospect, quickly following up, building and maintaining a relationship, and noting all prospect interactions for an efficient handover to sales will be key to success in your role.

Managing inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and social selling.

Utilizing prospecting and research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to build a more complete profile of prospective customers ahead of scheduled calls.

Hosting qualification and discovery calls over Zoom with prospective customers to identify qualified leads.

Nurturing a regular feedback loop with our Marketing team on the effectiveness of our campaigns.
