Your mission

Foleon is changing the way companies create digital content experiences and our goal is to scale up in the upcoming years. To make this possible, we're redesigning the engineering department. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to help us streamline the process. Your experience in scaling agile development enables us to build a world-class team.

As our Module Engineering Manager, you help extend, develop, and grow our Development teams by building a reliable and scalable organization. With your experience, you'll get our teams to perform at the next level. You're active in the Developers' community and driven by quality and predictability. You'll help create an environment for high-performing, self-sufficient agile teams.

Lead and serve 2-3 teams of around 7 engineers at Foleon through hiring, coaching, and mentoring.

Create a long-term plan for the module you're going to lead, based on our company strategy.

Together with the Product Manager, you create a culture of continuous feedback, mutual accountability, and clear ownership within your module. Next to that, you align and create team objectives based on the goals.

Work together with the Engineering teams to ensure that we are following the best engineering practices and high code quality standards.
