You have
- 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing SaaS sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas as both an individual contributor and a manager.
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts, ideally within MarTech or similar industries.
- Strong skills in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
- Expertise in managing and improving full-cycle AE KPIs, including pipeline coverage, conversion, deal size, and velocity.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and methodologies (SPICED, CRM, engagement platforms, conversational intelligence).
