  • Taking true ownership over the results, always finding a way to ensure an appropriate level of pipeline coverage to achieve your targets.
  • Demonstrating perseverance, pursuing everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish; seldom giving up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.
  • Willing to challenge ways of working and collaborate with the various teams that support revenue attainment.
  • Forever learner, obsessed with continuous learning and sharpening your skills; you look outside of the organization to peers and thought leaders to continue to strengthen your skills.

You have

  • 3+ years of experience closing new business in the technology sector or similar complex sales cycles.
  • A rack record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.
  • Familiarity with the marketing technology sector.
  • Experience in a role requiring consultative selling, comfortable with sales cycles ranging from 1-6 months.
  • Proven experience sourcing your own sales opportunities.
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and oral; knowing Dutch is a big plus.
