They provide B2B companies with an intuitive drag & drop editor and interactive Foleon Doc format that empowers them to create bespoke digital content experiences that are engaging, intelligent, and scalable. We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Techincal Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help Foleon users everywhere.

As a member of our support department, you play a crucial role in assisting all our customers.

You will solve their technical questions and problems and collect and organize their feedback, which is instrumental in our continuous efforts to enhance our platform.

Also, you will create content to empower our customers to be more self-sufficient.
