Your focus
The role will include, but not be limited to:
Building out the Sales Operation function across our global Sales team and thus being an invaluable resource for Sales’ leadership
Taking full ownership of library of sales cycle reporting mechanisms and outputs including reporting and forecasting
Being involved in process improvements for sales support and identification of any opportunities for efficiencies within the Operations team
Taking ownership and continued maintenance of the CRM of reference (Hubspot) including proactive recommendations on future versions and interoperability
Ensuring sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures
Working cross-functionally with peers in Go to Market Strategy & Operations to incorporate their insight and align on key business themes
