Your mission

Sales Operations acts as an extension of sales management. As part of Foleon’s Sales Operations team, we protect the investment in Foleon’s rapidly growing Sales company by ensuring Sales has the insight, tools, and processes to run effectively and efficiently. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, as a Sales Operations Manager, you will provide the global Sales team with administrative and operational support.

As a Manager of Sales Operations, you’ll partner closely with sales managers to put structures in place that help the company grow headcount and revenue. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to provide actionable insights and recommendations to accelerate Foleon’s growth. You’ll also collaborate with other Operations colleagues to influence outcomes and implement your solutions including Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, and Commercial Technology.

Build out the Sales Operation function across our global Sales team

Do annual planning and execution for your business unit in partnership with Sales management

Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures

Perform analyses to uncover areas of revenue opportunity, measure potential growth, work cross-functionally to develop sales programs, and develop tracking mechanisms (ideally in Hubspot) to track execution
