Your focus
The role will include, but not be limited to:
Partner with GTM Leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive global enablement strategy.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Marketing teams to align training and enablement priorities with Foleon’s vision and strategic initiatives.
Conduct baseline assessments, processes, and tools to identify areas for improvement in sales productivity.
Own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for all onboarding and training activities.
Develop metrics and KPIs for field enablement initiatives, measuring their impact and success.
