Excellent communication & presentation skills, building strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Capable of zooming in and out to identify the optimal solutions.
Initiative and ownership over strategic tasks and ambiguous situations.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a hands-on mentality.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.

3-5 years of business partner or relevant experience in a multinational company.
Demonstrated experience in project coordination, including OKRs and budget management.
Proficient in project/task management tools.
Native in written & spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
