We're looking for an experienced SaaS/B2B Sales Development leader to continue building and refining our global Sales Development organization. The ideal candidate is a senior analytical operator and strong culture builder, who will develop their leadership team and further reinvent how we communicate with prospective customers.
The Director of Sales Development reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and leads a global team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives and Managers in growing an innovative, productive, and sustainable sales pipeline across the company’s two key markets EMEA and North America. You’re a people-first leader, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and execution at all levels. Engaging closely with internal partners, you develop, deploy and maintain a robust lead generation process. You play a key role in driving a significant share of pipeline and revenue for Foleon.
