  • 2+ years of experience directly managing managers of individual contributors
  • Experience in scaling global SDR organizations and experience in working in a fast-paced technology/SaaS company.
  • A consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a leader and individual contributor
  • A high level of Sales Development savvy with experience building successful outbound campaigns and cadences
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Development tools (e.g, Salesloft)
