Foleon is a content creation platform that makes it easy for anyone to create interactive content that is 100% on brand. They provide B2B companies with an intuitive drag & drop editor and interactive Foleon Doc format that empowers them to create bespoke digital content experiences that are engaging, intelligent, and scalable. We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help Foleon users everywhere.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you solve technical issues and answer questions by providing support via chat (intercom) and mail. Tasks vary from deep-diving into complex questions about our Content Creation Platform to providing quick help to our customers via chat. Next to this, you take part in creating content (articles and videos) to make our customers be more self-sufficient.

Collecting and sorting feedback from our customers in order to help improve the platform is an important part of your role.
