The role will include, but not be limited to:

Onboard and enable customers with industry knowledge.

Translate the needs and pain points of our customers to the Product team.

Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.

Give presentations, one-to-one training, and webinars about the use of our product to customers.

Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate it.

Simultaneously, manage multiple customers who are at different points on the account lifecycle.
