They provide B2B companies with an intuitive drag & drop editor and interactive Foleon Doc format that empowers them to create bespoke digital content experiences that are engaging, intelligent, and scalable. We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.
As a CSM, your primary objective is to let our customers be (more) successful by helping them get the most out of our product. You proactively reach out to them to give strategic and practical advice and constructive feedback on design, content, and distribution. Good knowledge of distribution and analytics is mandatory to help each customer achieve their final goal. And last but not least, you'll inspire customers by providing them with the right case studies and examples.
