Your mission

Foleon is a content creation platform that makes it easy for anyone to create interactive content that is 100% on brand. They provide B2B companies with an intuitive drag & drop editor and interactive Foleon Doc format that empowers them to create bespoke digital content experiences that are engaging, intelligent, and scalable. We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

As a CSM, your primary objective is to let our customers be (more) successful by helping them get the most out of our product. You proactively reach out to them to give strategic and practical advice and constructive feedback on design, content, and distribution. Good knowledge of distribution and analytics is mandatory to help each customer achieve their final goal. And last but not least, you'll inspire customers by providing them with the right case studies and examples.

You onboard and enable customers with industry knowledge.

You advise and consult customers on Foleon best practices in terms of design, content, distribution, and analytics.

You conduct Customer Business Reviews for strategic alignment with top-tier customers in DACH.

You give presentations, one-to-one training, and webinars about the use of our platform to customers.
