You are

  • A natural relationship builder and have excellent interpersonal skills

You have

  • 1+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company
  • A Bachelor’s Degree level or higher
  • Working proficiency in the following languages: Native in German and fluent in English, any other language is a plus (Dutch or Nordics are a big plus)
  • A proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in working with CRM software is a plus (Hubspot, SFDC, etc.)
  • Experience in working with CSM software is a plus (Gainsight, Client Success, Customer Success Box, etc.)
  • A marketing or analytics background, or experience with platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
