Competencies and qualifications
You are

- Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones
You have
- 1+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company
- A Bachelor’s Degree level or higher
- Working proficiency in the following languages: Native in German and fluent in English, any other language is a plus (Dutch or Nordics are a big plus)
- A proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
- Experience in working with CRM software is a plus (Hubspot, SFDC, etc.)
- Experience in working with CSM software is a plus (Gainsight, Client Success, Customer Success Box, etc.)
- A marketing or analytics background, or experience with platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
